What’s your primary role and responsibility?
As a Tax Accountant, I focus on preparing and reviewing tax returns and helping clients understand their financial picture. I bring a strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for staying current with tax regulations so clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Why did you get into tax?
After raising my son, I decided I needed a profession. I’ve always enjoyed doing taxes for myself and family, so Accounting was a natural next step. While I initially considered Forensic Accounting and Auditing, I’ve grown to love tax preparation, tax advising, and working directly with clients.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, my boyfriend and I spend most of our time caring for 2 dogs and 3 cats, and renovating our house top to bottom (I definitely like taxes better than renovations!). I love to cook, read, and write, binge-watch historical and true-crime documentaries, and family game nights have become our time to unwind each week!
