Tax Administrator, Trail CPA
What’s your primary role and responsibility at Trail?
My primary focus is firm-wide tax operations, including client onboarding, invoicing, e-filing, e-signatures, communication triage, and administrative and workflow projects. I especially enjoy problem-solving and finding ways to make processes more efficient so the team can work more smoothly.
Why did you choose to work for Trail?
Accounting and tax actually chose me. My background is in public health and anthropology, but years ago an opportunity to join a tax firm in an administrative role fell into my lap, and I couldn't pass it up. Fast forward a decade, and I'm so happy to be a part of the Trail CPA team!
What do you like to do outside of work?
When I'm not at work, you can usually find me being silly with my two kids, lifting heavy things at the gym, hiking, spending time outdoors, traveling, or singing (screaming?) power ballads in my car. I also have a side gig as a travel advisor because I love planning trips!
